We are a leading fit-out construction company based in West London, our manufacturing operation specialises in joinery, metal works, and manufacturing for our fit-out projects. We’re looking for a Junior Procurement Assistant / Buyer to join our team and help manage the sourcing and administration of materials and supplies for our manufacturing operations.
The Role:
As a Junior Procurement Assistant, you’ll support the procurement process, ensuring that materials, components, and equipment are sourced and delivered on time for our joinery and metal works projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and purchase materials, timber, metal components, and supplies.
* Obtain quotes, manage purchase orders, and track deliveries.
* Ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
* Maintain inventory levels and assist with supplier management.
* Resolve any issues with orders or deliveries.
* Provide admin support including processing invoices.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisation and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
* Basic knowledge of procurement or manufacturing (preferable).
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or procurement role is a plus.
