Principal Design Manager (1 Year Fixed Term)

Principal Design Manager – Central London – Tier 1 Contractor – up to £100k – 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Our client is a Tier 1 Contractor who are seeking to recruit a Principal Design Manager to over see a Design team of 7 on a 30 storey £200m Commercial Refurbishment project in central London.

My client needs to recruit for this role urgently, it is a high profile project and requires someone with a proven track record in high value, complex projects. Initially it will be a 1 year fixed term contract (no freelance), my client ideally wants someone to stay beyond a one year fixed term and become a permanent member of the team.

Requirements

* Proven experience of leading in house design teams and external consultants on major projects in excess of £75m

* Ideally have large scale refurbishment experience
