This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
What will you be doing?
The Pre-Construction Manager (Waste Networks) plays a crucial role in connecting design and construction. The role is a key function to ensure collaboration with the Principal Designer at the Pre-Construction Stage.
You'll be required to sit on Client meetings, data gather, produce activity schedules, provide scoping survey requirements on the wastewater network, providing knowledge and feedback to the wider team. You will implement the project requirements to fully meet the client specification in accordance with relevant standards
You'll be responsible for managing programmes to ensure key deadlines are met. You'll be confident to work under minimum supervision and competent to check the work of others and supervise less experienced or junior staff.
