Key Responsibilities:

🎨 High-quality painting and decorating in residential properties

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Painter Maintenance Engineer in residential properties
✔ Reliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔ General maintenance skills (basic carpentry, repairs, etc.)
