PA/Secretary (12-Month Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a highly organised PA/Secretary to provide administrative support for a 12-month maternity cover starting in May 2025. Based at our clients head office in Stratford, this role supports both the Sales & Marketing Director and the Finance Director, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills.
The role:
Diary management and scheduling for senior management.
Assisting with board reporting and key administrative tasks.
Office management responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Working closely with a large team, handling correspondence and coordination. About you:
Strong administrative experience with a background in PA or secretarial roles.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach.
Ability to multitask and support senior leadership efficiently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What’s on offer:
Salary £35k - £37k

Hybrid working: 1-2 days WFH (Mondays always in office, plus one Friday per month required in the office )
