Project & Client Manager – Solar & Roofing (B2B)

Are you ready to take charge of high-impact solar and roofing projects? We’re looking for a Project & Client Manager to drive the success of our clients B2B and commercial installations, ensuring seamless delivery from enquiry to completion.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Own Client Relationships – Be the key contact for B2B customers, representing our clients company with professionalism and technical expertise.
✅ Manage Projects End-to-End – Oversee the full lifecycle of solar and roofing installations, from site surveys to project handovers.
✅ Lead Teams – Guide the Sales and Design teams, setting targets, providing support, and ensuring top-tier performance.
✅ Drive Growth – Follow up on leads, maximise conversion opportunities, and contribute to business development.
✅ Optimise Operations – Improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance project efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 10+ years experience as a B2B project management / estimator / quantity surveyor within the solar, roofing, or construction sector.
Mechanical / Electrical experience a strong advantage
🔹 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
🔹 A commercial mindset with a passion for client satisfaction and business growth.
🔹 Exceptional contract management experience
