We are looking for an experienced freelance site manager to oversee the delivery of a £4m restaurant fit-out in London. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring smooth site operations and timely completion.
The role:
Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within programme.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain workflow and productivity.
Oversee health and safety, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
Liaise with clients, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Monitor quality control, problem-solve on-site issues, and drive project progress. About you:
Proven experience managing high-end restaurant or hospitality fit-outs.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a hands-on approach.
Ability to manage subcontractors effectively and maintain quality control.
