Ready to work for a Principal Contractor and take the lead on high-profile data centre and commercial projects? We’re looking for MEP Quantity Surveyors of all levels to join a financially stable principal contractor, that work directly for major end clients across data centre and commercial sectors.
The Role
Role responsibilities will vary, depending on experience but you will predominantly be involved with various data centre, commerical and retail projects valued between £1m - £6m and reporting to either a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor or MEP Commercial Manager.
What’s On Offer?
Basic salary between £45,000 - £95,000 + package
£5,000 annual car allowance
Hybrid Working – 2 days from home per week
