About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the mechanical installation on residential projects. You will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to lead mechanical teams on large-scale residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise mechanical works on residential construction sites, including HVAC, plumbing, and heating installations.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve technical issues.

* Maintain site records, progress reports, and quality control documentation.

* Ensure mechanical installations meet industry standards and client specifications.

* Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or similar role in residential construction.
✅ Strong knowledge of mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems.
✅ Familiarity with building regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices.
✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
✅ Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with site teams and stakeholders.
✅ Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
✅ CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid certification (desirable).
