About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical installations across various construction projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and heating to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical projects from inception to completion.

* Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices.

* Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

* Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks.

* Prepare reports, documentation, and financial updates for stakeholders.

* Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work meets required standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the construction or building services industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✅ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
✅ Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
✅ Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
✅ CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid certification (desirable).
