Labour Hire are looking for a MECHANICAL BIM MODELLER for a well-established engineering company on a high-profile project in DEESIDE.
About You:
* Punctual & reliable.
* Attention to detail & able to follow instructions.
* Smart, tidy, and professional on site.
* Experienced in BIM modelling with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
* Proficient in Revit (AutoCAD MEP knowledge is an advantage).
* Able to interpret and work to local, national, and international mechanical standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Minimum 3 years' experience creating detailed 3D mechanical models for construction projects.
About the role:
* Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:30.
* To draw the projects in accordance with the local, national, and international standards and regulations/specifications
* To carry out the drawings in the specified time and in the desired specifications
* To prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
* To communicate the failures to the Project Engineer/Design Engineer/Design Manager
* Start: Subject to interview
