Plumbing Mechanic – Licensed Journeymen / Master

 

Oliver Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Morton PA is a family-owned business looking for a Journeymen and/or Master licensed plumbing mechanic with 8+ years’ experience for residential service and installation. Must have a Journeyman's license (Master license a plus).  Oliver has been servicing the Delaware Valley for over 50 years and strives to provide the best service in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to install, repair and perform maintenance on all types of plumbing systems.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, lift up to 50lbs.
  • Minimum 7 to 10-years’ experience
  • Must have Journeyman’s License, Master plumbing license a plus.
  • Sales training a plus.
  • Must be experienced in the service industry.
  • Service tech that possesses skills to educate customers on deficiencies found in the home and give options on ways we can help them.

 

Qualifications

  • Experienced in sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential applications.
  • Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, water heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary.
  • Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
  • Performs preventative maintenance work as required.
  • Knowledge and experience of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the plumbing trade
  • Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes
  • Mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, water heaters, and other plumbing components
  • 7-10 years of Residential Plumbing experience
