Responsibilities:
Section 1: Job Summary
• Responsible for the design of outdoor spaces such as parks, gardens, plazas, and other public areas.
• Collaborates with clients to understand their needs and preferences for landscaping projects.
• Develops conceptual designs and detailed plans for landscape architectural projects.
• Ensures compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards in all projects.
• Conducts site analysis and selects appropriate plant materials and hardscape elements for each project.
Section 2: Job Responsibilities
• Design outdoor spaces based on client needs and project requirements.
• Create conceptual designs and detailed plans for landscape architectural projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards in all projects.
• Conduct site analyses and select appropriate plant materials and hardscape elements for each project.
• Coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the implementation of landscape architectural projects.
Section 3: Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Proficiency in computer software programs relevant to landscape architecture, including CAD and GIS.
• Experience with landscape design and planning principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to conduct site analyses and assess the suitability of various plant materials and hardscape elements.
