* Provide on-site (Shotton & Chester) and remote IT support to employees.
* Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
* Install and configure computer systems and applications.
* Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems.
* Document and report on technical issues and resolutions.
* Assist with network setup and maintenance.
* Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
* Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Good understanding of network setups and configurations.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours.
