About the Role:

A leading building and construction company in Ipswich is hiring an IT Support Manager to lead a team of 3. This is a hands-on role managing IT operations, projects, and strategy while delivering top-tier support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & mentor the IT support team
Manage internal IT projects & service improvements
Oversee system security, backups & cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure)
Handle escalated IT support issues
Maintain IT policies, contracts & software licensing

Skills required to be considered:

Strong Microsoft 365 & Azure AD experience (certifications ideal)
Knowledge of Windows Server & cloud solutions
Awareness of cyber security standards (Cyber Essentials, ISO27001)
Proven people management experience is essential to be considered for this role
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm
