A leading provider of high-quality aluminium windows and doors for commercial projects across Wales/South West are recruiting for an Installation Manager to join their team. Specialising in delivering exceptional glazing solutions for projects ranging in value from £5,000 to £1 million.

As an Installation Manager you will oversee the installation of aluminium window and door systems on commercial projects across the South West of the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial glazing installations, with the ability to survey, and manage projects efficiently. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills to ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of aluminium window and door installations for commercial projects.

* Conduct site surveys and prepare for projects ranging from £5,000 to £1 million.

* Assess technical requirements and provide solutions to installation challenges.

* Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Oversee and manage installation teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may impact timelines and budgets.

* Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.

* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate materials and resources effectively.

* Provide training and support to installation teams to maintain efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role within the aluminium window and door or glazing industry.

* Strong knowledge of commercial window and door installation processes.

* Ability to estimate and survey projects accurately within the £5,000 - £1 million range.

* Excellent project management and organizational skills.

* Strong leadership and communication abilities.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.

* Full UK driving license (if applicable).

Desirable Skills:

* Experience with estimating software and project management tools.

* SMSTS, or relevant construction-related certifications.

* Knowledge of current building regulations and compliance requirements.
