About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Hydrogeologist to join our construction client in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in hydrogeology, groundwater assessment, and environmental consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct groundwater monitoring, sampling, and data analysis
* Assist with hydrogeological risk assessments and groundwater modelling
* Support environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and water resource evaluations
* Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and environmental scientists on multidisciplinary projects
* Prepare technical reports and contribute to client presentations
* Undertake occasional site visits across the UK
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field (MSc preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Some experience with groundwater modelling software (e.g., MODFLOW) is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills
* A full UK driving licence (or willingness to obtain one)
