My client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects and sectors while working towards RICS Chartership.

The Role

This varied position will provide exposure to a wide range of Building Surveying services, allowing you to develop critical skills and expertise. Key responsibilities include:

Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments

Condition surveys

Contract administration

CAD Drawings

Dilapidations

Environmental & Sustainability assessments

Technical Due Diligence

Tendering Processes

You will receive dedicated support from experienced professionals, ensuring structured career development and progression.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Essential: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2.1 or equivalent) in Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying – RICS Accredited

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive approach and ability to work well within a team

Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding

The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy

Professional Development

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to £29K (DOE)

Bonus: On Target Bonus – 12% of salary

Pension: 5% Employee contribution, matched by employer

Mileage Allowance: £0.45p per mile

Telephone Allowance: £20 per month

Professional Accreditation Fees: Paid by employer

Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
