Freelance Site Manager – New Build Construction Project

š Hours: Monday to Friday, ~10 hours/day (some weekends towards project completion)
š· Pay: Hourly Rate (Competitive and Negotiable)
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a steel framed new build construction project in Galashiels. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and skilled professional to manage the project from start to finish, ensuring smooth site operations and quality delivery.
Key Requirements:
* SMSTS Certification
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work qualification
* Proven experience managing new build construction projects from the ground up
* Strong technical understanding of relevant construction packages - in particular groundworks and steel frame.
* Ability to lead site teams, coordinate trades, and maintain high H&S standards
