We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor / Project Manager to oversee re-cladding projects on high-rise properties in East London.
Key Details:
Freelance opportunity
Full-time preferred, but flexible for the right candidate
Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension
Two positions available
Permanent opportunities may also be considered for the right candidate (MRICS)Requirements:
Strong project management skills
Experience in facade remediation
Solid understanding of BSF processes, including funding applications, compliance, and stakeholder managementIf you have relevant experience and are available or becoming available, we would love to hear from you.
