Fit-Out Manager – 6-Month Contract – Bethnal Green, London

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Manager to oversee the fit-out package from façade to handover on a prestigious 255-apartment development in Bethnal Green, London. This is a 6-month contract with a leading main contractor, delivering a high-quality residential scheme for a well-regarded developer.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Manage the fit-out process from façade completion through to final handover, ensuring high-quality finishes.

* Oversee subcontractors, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

* Coordinate with design, M&E, and external envelope teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Maintain health & safety standards, ensuring compliance with site regulations.

* Conduct quality inspections, addressing defects promptly.

* Report progress to the Project Manager, ensuring key milestones are met.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Fit-Out Manager on large-scale residential developments.

* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes and complex fit-out processes.

* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive the programme forward.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
