Rate: £200 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (No call outs)
Duration: Long-term contract (4 years)

Servicing and maintaining fire alarms and fire extinguishers
Working in high-rise flats and residential buildings within the social housing sector

Own van and tools
BAFE qualification
Valid DBS check
Experience in social housing environments preferred
