My client is a new build residential main contractor, in search of a Finishing Manager to join their team on a temp to perm contract.
The role will involve working on there development located in Islington, North London, managing two blocks of in total 40 units from first fix onwards, reporting into a site based Project Manager.
In order to apply for this role, you must hold an up to date CSCS card, First Aid and SMSTS and have worked within a similar capacity in the past.
