We’re on the lookout for a reliable and hardworking Factory Labourer to join our dedicated team at AGP Group. This is a Monday to Friday role, working 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering consistent daytime hours and a stable routine.

Operating a floor scrubber to clean and polish factory floors
Keeping the carpark, main entrance, and surrounding areas clean and litter-free
Circling the building to collect rubbish and maintain a tidy exterior
Emptying rubbish bins in offices and shared spaces
Performing general labouring duties within the factory
Supporting a positive and professional environment across the site
Always put safety first – for yourself, others, and the environment
Wear correct PPE and follow all health & safety guidelines
Report any accidents or hazards immediately
Operate all equipment safely and responsibly
A friendly and positive attitude
Strong practical skills and attention to detail
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Flexible and able to switch between tasks when needed
Honest, reliable, and committed to high standards
Previous cleaning or labouring experience is an advantage
