A loyal client to Sphere are looking to employ a Design Manager with immediate effect.
Your new company are a large Regional Main Contractor / Subcontractor, who typically specialise within Facade, Roofing, Cladding, and Refurbishment schemes, within a 50 mile radius of their Bristol Office. This includes Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire, and parts of South Wales.
You will have relevant Degree level qualifications and a proven track record within construction at a similar level.
Whilst in this role you will report directly into the Design Lead for the business, whilst undertaking the below duties:
* Manage Design from early engagement through to construction
* Lead projects from a Drawing, Modelling and Scheduling skill set to create innovative Designs to suit budgetary requirements.
* Oversee, monitor and support junior members of the team whilst also reporting Design progress to the board and clients where required.
* Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
