We are looking for an experienced Tool Hire Depot Manager to take charge of our fast-paced and thriving depot. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven leader with a passion for operations, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Leadership – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring efficiency in stock management, logistics, and equipment availability.

* Team Management – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and customer-focused work environment.

* Sales & Business Growth – Drive sales performance by identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service.

* Customer & Supplier Relations – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

* Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standard, and that health & safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in tool hire, plant hire, construction, or a related industry.

* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

* A sales-driven mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue.

* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

* Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and equipment maintenance.
