Contracts Manager (Road Infrastructure)

Contracts Manager | Galway | €65k-€85k DOE | Full-Time

We're hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing infrastructure business based in Galway.

What You'll Do:

Manage road maintenance and surfacing projects across Ireland

Lead project teams and day-to-day site operations

Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance

Oversee budgets, reporting, and project forecasting

Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Support tender preparation and contribute technical expertise

What You'll Need:

Level 8 degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

5+ years' experience in a contracts/project management role (ideally in road surfacing)

Strong understanding of H&S, project planning, and contract delivery

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Full driving licence
