Contracts Manager (Cut & Carve Experienced)

Our client is a regional London focussed Strip Out and Demolition Contractor with an enviable reputation for safety, quality and delivery.

They have a small special works/builders works package division which is growing very sustainably and organically - Due to this continued growth they are looking for a Contracts or Ops Manager to lead this part of the business.

An excellent opportunity to put your own stamp on this newly formed position/vacancy, you will have extensive experience in delivering builders works packages on London Cut & Carve schemes. These packages typically involving extensive Temporary Works/Propping, Steel Placement, Structural Openings, R/C etc.

Applicants interested in the position:

* Demonstrable history in succesfully completing builders works packages on technically challenging schemes in London.

* Strong Technical and Commercial ability.

* Excellent communicator, written/verbal.

* Client facing skills.

* Computer literate.

* CSCS and relevant Industry Certs
