The Construction Manager responsible for overseeing pipeline / sewer  projects. Manage construction, coordination, documentation, and inspection activities.

• Review contract documents / project specs
• Manage field inspection
• Coordinate communications between contractors, engineering.
• QA/QC functions
• Scheduling

This is a direct hire position with full benefits package in the $100,000 -150,000 range

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 5+  years of experience in medium and large diameter pipeline experience (i.e. 36 to 48 inch)
• Municipal Sewer project construction – open cut, micro-tunneling, horizontal drilling
