Commissioning Boiler Supervisor
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Supervise/Oversee and coordinate all boiler commissioning activities on site
Ensure all commissioning works are conducted safely and in line with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements
Oversee subcontractors and vendors involved in boiler commissioning
Execute and monitor pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures (e.g., flushing, chemical cleaning, dry out, steam blowing, emissions and combustion test, etc.)
Review and sign off on commissioning documentation and test records.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical issues
Maintain detailed daily progress reports and communicate updates to the commissioning manager
Participate in system walkdowns, punch listing, and handover processes
Support troubleshooting and problem resolution during functional testing
Ensure systems are commissioned in line with project deadlines and operational readiness standards
Coordinate the boiler start-ups with the rest of the systems.
Review the logics and the functional tests with the boiler TFAs.
Review the boiler ash systems
