Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a commercial construction company located in Dorset, but it is working for a site in Chiswick. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Site Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate is-
Experience in quality management maintaining a high standard
Minimum 4-5 years site management experience with a main contractor managing your own site
Have both new build and refurbishment experience - within the motor retail sector is preferred but not essential
Detailed understanding of Health & Safety management and compliance
Experience and detailed understanding of groundwork, steel frame, cladding, and curtain walling is essential
Experience in high-quality internal fit-out
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
CSCS card, SMSTS certificate & First Aid at Work
Be prepared to travel and stay away from home if required
Able to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other professionals as well as subcontractors & suppliers
