A leading specialist contractor is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee RC Frame and Rail projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company working on high-profile infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial and contractual management of RC Frame and Rail projects
Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
Manage contract negotiations and client relationships
Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Identify and mitigate risks while maximising commercial opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within RC Frame and Rail projects
Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management, and project financials
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
