Are you looking to take the next step in your commercial career within the construction industry? We’re seeking a Construction Commercial Coordinator to join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the financial and contractual elements of high-profile projects.

The Role

As a Commercial Coordinator, you’ll assist in managing costs, contracts, and procurement, working closely with the commercial team to ensure smooth project delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for construction to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in preparing and managing contracts, purchase orders, and invoices

* Support cost tracking, budget control, and financial reporting

* Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and manage procurement

* Maintain accurate commercial records, including variations and claims

* Ensure compliance with contract terms, payment schedules, and financial regulations

* Provide administrative support to the commercial team and assist with invoicing

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a commercial or financial administration role within construction

* Knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control processes

* Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial software (COINS, SAP, or similar)

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Understanding of UK construction regulations is a plus
