About the Role
Based in our Manchester or Warrington office, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering projects ranging from £50k to £20m, managing:
* Workspace fit-outs and refurbishments
* General commercial building surveys
* Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations

Technical Requirements
š 3+ years post-qualification experience
š Experience in a commercial Building Consultancy practice
š Knowledge of Contract Administration and Cost Control
š Strong understanding of Dilapidations Law
š Familiarity with the JCT suite of contracts
