We are currently hiring a full-time, onsite BIM Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems to join our growing team in Nasr City. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage BIM models for HVAC (Ducting, Chilled Water, DX Systems), Plumbing & Drainage, and Firefighting (Sprinklers, Pumps, Networks).
Prepare Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, Schedules, and BOQs using Revit MEP.
Create and modify Revit Families and ensure models meet LOD 300–400 standards.
Conduct Clash Detection using Navisworks Manage and provide design solutions.
Ensure designs comply with international codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and SMACNA.
Collaborate with Electrical and Structural BIM Engineers for project coordination.
Review legacy drawings in AutoCAD and integrate them into BIM workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
Strong knowledge of Revit MEP (mandatory), Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
Familiarity with design codes: ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, SMACNA.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for BOQ preparation).
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in modeling and documentation.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Previous experience in large-scale projects (Hospitals, Malls, Towers) is a plus.
Good command of English (reading and writing).

Work Location: Nasr City near Serag Mall
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour break
Friday and Saturday off
