Job Duties:
Develop and manage 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
Collect and incorporate necessary discipline-specific data into BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate BIM processes across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring integrated and consistent models.
Assist in the clash detection process, identify conflicts between building systems, and communicate resolutions effectively.
Generate detailed construction drawings, documentation, and schedules directly from BIM models.
Collaborate with senior BIM staff, project stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain accurate, up-to-date models that align with project goals and timelines.
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and protocols in compliance with organizational and industry best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM-related issues and best practices.
Participate in design review meetings and support construction teams with accurate, model-derived information.
Perform model quality control and ensure compliance with required Level of Development (LOD) and BIM execution plans.
Contribute to BIM implementation efforts, including workflow development, training sessions, and process optimization.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- From 2 to 3 Years experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD is a must.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and Dynamo is a plus.
- Strong 3D modeling & plan reading skills are required.
- Construction industry background preferred

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour break
Friday and Saturday off
