Our client is industry leading contractor operating in Europe & the UK, with a turnover exceeding €700 million in 2024. They have 75 years of comprehensive expertise across sectors including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Healthcare. They are currently seeking a Bid Manager to join them at their head office in Dublin.

You Will Be Responsible For:

* High level management involvement for new bidding initiatives and their close out for technical and economical evaluations.

* Commercial evaluation of building initiatives within the company commercial plan.

* Responsible for new tender initiatives

* Responsible for monitoring and preparation of tenders budget and tender start up.

* Team lead for cost, time, technical, administration, and financial study for the initiatives.

* Management and coordination of projects cost estimation and scheduling.

* Management level involvement for technical aspects and major technical study.

* Technical Coordination and management of new bidding initiatives.

* Evaluation of tender time schedule feasibility and associates risks and costs impact.

* Management of employers interfaces and relationship.

* Technical coordination and support for bidding activities in new projects with designers and clients.

You Will Need:

* Over 7 Years experience in a similar role.

* Estimation/Commercial or Construction Management background required.

* An ability to work within strict guidelines.

* Industry-specific knowledge and background is desirable.

* Experience securing large contracts.

* An EU Passport is required for this role.
