The Role – Assistant Site Manager
Reporting into a Senior Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the delivery of multiple projects across different sectors, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Working closely with site teams, contractors, and the supply chain to ensure high-quality project execution.
* Supporting health & safety compliance across all projects.
* Gaining exposure to the commercial and pre-construction side of the business, helping develop your all-round industry knowledge.
What We’re Looking For in an Assistant Site Manager:
* Some experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor within construction.
* A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to progress within the company.
* Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
