This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience overseeing multiple live projects, supporting contract administration, and developing essential skills in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong foundation in quantity surveying and are eager to grow within a developer, housebuilder, or main contractor, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the procurement and management of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with budgets and project requirements.
*
Support the production of monthly CVR reports.
*
Conduct on-site measurements and valuations, assisting in contractor payment assessments.
*
Help generate monthly cashflows and valuations.
*
Maintain strong control over change management processes.
*
Build and sustain excellent subcontractor relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
*
Motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for delivering high-quality developments.
*
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
*
IT literate, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
*
Preferred: Experience using Coins software or a willingness to learn.
