The successful Architectural Technician should have professional experience within high-end residential developments as well as proficiency with using AutoCAD. Key responsibilities include producing detailed and technical designs, tender and construction documents as well as liaise with clients and local authorities.

Architectural Technician Job Requirements
Relevant Degree Qualified; minimum 2 years professional experience
Professional experience within high-end Residential developments
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Living in or around the London area
Excellent technical knowledge and experience
Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Architectural Technician Salary & Benefits
Salary; Up to £35,000 (DOE)
Holiday; 21 Days + Bank Holidays + Christmas Break
