The Architectural Designer is responsible for developing design concepts and construction drawings for residential remodeling and addition projects. This role involves close collaboration with clients and project teams, ensuring creative and code-compliant solutions throughout the design-build process. Candidates should be proficient in drafting software and have a solid understanding of residential construction methods and local permitting requirements.

This is a Full-Time, On-Site position with some flexibility in scheduling.

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications: 

• 2–3+ years of architectural design or drafting experience (residential remodeling preferred)

• Proficient in AutoCAD and at least one of the following: SketchUp, Chief Architect, or Revit

• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and detailing

• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting, and zoning regulations

• Ability to create and modify construction drawings

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Degree in Architecture, Drafting & Design or related field (preferred)

• Architectural license not required, but a plus
