Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the most trusted UK fit out businesses, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of our projects within the fit-out sector, ensureing that all works are being completed within an agreed budget.
What are we looking for?

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a commercial setting, ideally fitouts or shop fitting.

Qualification in Quantity Surveying.

Desirable, a RICS certification.

Strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of cost control and reporting on a high-value fit-out project.

Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials.
-
Review and negotiate subcontractor quotations and packages.

Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts.

Monitor project progress and maintain accurate cost tracking.

Provide commercial support to the site team and project managers.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
