Overview:
You will be joining a RIBA-Chartered practice as a Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be working within the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis.
- Develop BIM models and physical design models.
- Liaise with consultants and local authorities for planning.
- Produce design drawings and technical specifications.
- Manage internal resources and junior team members.
- Attend client meetings and industry events to promote the practice.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 & 2).
- RIBA Part 3 or equivalent professional registration preferred.
