Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join
This role is working for a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor working on an aviation project.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Permanent
For this role the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be undertaking the following duties:
Lead the development of a validated project budget aligned with delivery goals
Manage subcontractor relationships, including payment applications and performance monitoring
Produce and manage earned value analysis (EVA) for both design and construction phases
Understanding and ability to manage contracts under NEC 3/ NEC 4 & NR Contracts (NR3)
Mentor junior quantity surveyors, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor on this project must have:
Minimum 3 years working as a Senior QS
Degree qualification in quantity surveying
