Your new role
As the dedicated ESD Consultant, you will:
- Providing high-quality ESD assessments, project management and energy-related advice to global commercial and building clients.
- Lead energy and sustainability initiatives across commercial projects.
- Ensuring the project timelines are met, and that work is carried out efficiently and within budget allocation for themselves and their team.
- Provide expert advice on energy efficiency, thermal performance, and sustainable design strategies.
- Work autonomously as the energy specialist within our team.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and international clients to deliver high-performance buildings.
- Ensuring KPI's are met, which include, professional development & behaviour, customer satisfaction, deadlines, partnerships & marketing.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Design, Sustainability or Environmental Science, Mechanical or Civil Engineering (with a sustainability focus) or similar
Minimum of 1 year of experience in ESD consulting or a related field
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Strong understanding of J1V3 and Deemed-to-Satisfy (DTS) compliance pathways.
Experience with commercial buildings and global client engagement.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
