Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Delivery

Assist with setting out and engineering control on site

Produce task briefs, permits, and relevant documentation

Support the production and delivery of 3-week lookahead programmes

Contribute to developing temporary works and ensure they are implemented safely

Identify and report issues with drawings or specifications
Assurance & Quality
-
Carry out inspections and maintain quality assurance records
-
Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
-
Report non-conformances and assist in their resolution
Project Support & Administration

Maintain accurate site diaries and records of progress

Upload relevant documentation to the project’s document control systems

Support more junior staff through review and mentoring

Collaborate with subcontractors and other site team members
Person Profile
Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or related discipline
-
Some site or construction-related experience (placement or internship desirable)
-
Understanding of standard construction methods and site practices
Technical Skills

Working knowledge of 2D/3D CAD systems and design software
-
General engineering background and ICT skills sufficient to develop applications

Good appreciation of commercial and contractual project aspects
