🔍 About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a landmark £75m high-rise development in central Bristol.
You’ll be working directly under a highly experienced lead surveyor and become part of a supportive, collaborative team delivering one of the region’s most ambitious multi-room schemes — with long-term work secured in the area beyond this project.
This role offers genuine scope for career progression, hands-on project involvement, and strong mentoring in a commercially sound and people-first environment.
✅ What We’re Looking For
To hit the ground running, you’ll need:

A relevant degree (Quantity Surveying or similar)

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a QS role — either through a sandwich placement or post-grad employment

Confidence working in a live project environment

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset

Desire to learn, grow and become a key part of a long-term team
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Senior QS with day-to-day commercial management

Assisting with procurement, cost tracking, valuations and reporting

Working closely with subcontractors and site teams

Gaining direct exposure to all project phases — from procurement through to final account

Building your knowledge across high-rise, high-density construction
