A rapidly growing enabling works contractor, operating nationwide, is looking to strengthen it's commercial function.
You'll take on a few projects and work closely with the site teams and clients, taking on responsibility for the commercials from preconstruction to final account.
Plenty of flexibility, just be in the office a couple of days a week to report on your projects etc.
What's needed?

Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management

All UK construction experience/track record

Experience with enabling works, structural alterations, newbuild.

Strong communicator and good work ethic
