Are you an experienced Plumber with multi-trade skills looking for your next opportunity in West London?
We're looking for a Maintenance Technician (Plumber Multi) to join a dynamic and supportive in-house maintenance team. This is a hands-on, mobile role supporting residential repairs and maintenance in Slough, Brent, and Reading, with an initial 12-week assignment and potential for extension.
🔨 What You'll Be Doing:
Carrying out plumbing repairs & replacements: sinks, water tanks, bathrooms
Multi-trade tasks including: basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, painting/decorating
Delivering a high-quality, right-first-time service to residents
Ensuring customer satisfaction and safety across housing maintenance sites
✅ What You'll Need:
Manual UK driving license (essential)
Own hand tools (larger/specialist tools provided)
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (preferred)
Previous experience in housing, maintenance, or construction environments
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Unvented qualification (advantageous)
Health and safety awareness
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
