Our client are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead the delivery of a cutting-edge Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure project in Doncaster.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the UK’s transition to sustainable transport, working on a fast-paced, future-focused development with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site operations to ensure timely, safe, and budget-compliant delivery.
Manage subcontractors, site teams, and logistics on a busy civil works project.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Coordinate groundworks, ducting, cabling, and associated civil elements of the EV installation.
Lead daily site briefings and progress meetings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in site management for civil engineering projects (5+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of groundworks and utilities.
Previous experience working on EV charging infrastructure or renewable energy projects is desirable.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid UK driving licence
